Lorcan Colborn was raised in the wild mountains of the Rockys under the tutelage of an old mountain man. Learning the ways of wilderness living and skills, he finds a sense of personal spirit. Life, however, wrenched him from that purity and threw him headlong into a shadowy world of pain, violence, secrets, and mind fracturing experiences.
Forcefully recruited by the CIA, Lorcan is brutally trained up, forged by pain, and molded to be one of the most effective Lethal Trackers in the American Special Operations forces. For decades, from Canada down through South America, Lorcan must constantly navigate his horrific world to complete his ops and survive. However, his fight is not only for survival but also for the reclaiming of his fractured mind, his humanity, and all that he is.
Danger, pain, and death await at every turn, and down every path, even within the fissures of his mind.
This is a story of innocence lost, mind control, assassination, the brutal fight for survival, and the slow crawl out of the abyss. Fire scarred, Lorcan claws through his shadows; a fragmented warrior seeking a reckoning, and himself.
Lethal Tracker is an autobiography of my life. Though due to legalities, the book needed to be labeled and marketed as "fiction". But only names, some locations and dates have been altered. This places the book at about 98% facts. Lethal Tracker spans about 50 years.
As of July 19, 2022 it is available as a paperback through Amazon, and digital/ebook through Vivlio, Barns & Noble, Tolino, Scribd, Kobo, and BorrowBox. I’m waiting for the book to be accepted yet by Amazon Kindle, Bibliotheca, Baker & Taylor, OverDrive and Apple.
I'm currently awaiting auditions from narrators to begin the process of creating an audio book for Lethal Tracker.
